With this revolutionary concept Super zoo wants to express its approach to selling pet supplies and offer the customers at the store the atmosphere and experience they themselves have asked for in the survey conducted for Super zoo at the beginning of this year by the Kantar agency.
The grand opening, which took place on 25 July, was accompanied by great celebrations. For Super zoo this is an extraordinary milestone, which in the future will also greatly benefit customers, especially those accustomed to shopping in high street stores.
The shop includes features such as a unique exhibition of live animals, from a run for guinea pigs and dwarf rabbits, an aviary with Ara macaws through to a simulation of the Sonoran desert with some interesting lizards from the reptile kingdom. It also has a chill-out zone, where customers can set and relax on a couch, accompanied by the soothing sounds from the nearby aquariums and music from the sound system, which simulates the sounds of the underwater world. The aquariums are the main feature of this zone and visitors can admire creatures such as stingrays and moon jellies.
Super zoo also wants to reach out to its customers with its shelter tree, presenting information about charity collections, as well as the modern info kiosk offering a range of goods from the e-shop, where they can also be ordered.
The opening of this, the 75th branch of Super zoo, which, covering an area of more than 1000 m2, is the biggest so far, was attended by over 250 Czech and foreign guests. The entire afternoon was accompanied by well-known Czech presenters. The presentation of this flagship store, which is merely the start of the process of building a network of branches with this revolutionary concept, also featured the christening of the new Super zoo logo, which the creators of these changes promise will make shopping for pet supplies an even more personal, modern and convenient experience.
